Nothing on the site is a binding offer until checkout or another process we specify is completed in line with our instructions and any applicable payment provider rules. You must use the service in good faith and not for abusive registration practices (for example typosquatting or passing off).

3. Purchases and payment

• Domain transfer timing depends on registries, registrars, and buyer cooperation. We will use reasonable efforts to assist with transfer after successful payment, subject to Nominet and applicable policies.
• Refunds and chargebacks are handled according to the relevant payment provider rules and any specific terms shown at checkout.

4. Offers and enquiries

Informal offers or messages you send through the site do not bind us unless we confirm acceptance in writing (including email). We may decline any offer for any lawful reason.
